Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to request a return or cancellation: You can initiate a return or cancellation directly through your account at https://account.silencebrand.store. Simply log in, find your order, and submit a return or cancellation request.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
