At Silence, we believe in the quality of every piece we create. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no noise, no hassle.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at support@silencebrand.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We've got you. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out to us and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll prioritize your case and resolve it swiftly.
