Returns & Refunds

All Silence products are made to order. We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us at br4mosco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.

EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item has been personalised or made to order. As all Silence products are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply
